Just a quick picture heavy post; on Wednesday my Dad and I were luckily enough to go to the Olympics. We had tickets for the Athletics which was amazing especially to be in the stadium. The first couple of pictures are from London Bridge which is where I met my Dad, for the moment I reached the station, I could feel the Olympic spirit which London was radiating. We then travelled to St Pancras station to get the Javelin which took 7 minutes to get to Stratford International. The day overall was so amazing and something that I will never forget and feel so proud that I could be involved with. And I feel like the luckiest girl that my Dad took me and there were so many well spirited people who were their down to the tourist, the volunteers, the police and the army. We showed the world that London is capable to showcase how great we really are. I am now feeling the post Olympic slump, though not long to wait until the Paralympics which I am hoping to go to too. :)
Was anyone else lucky enough to go up to the park or see any events?
