So I am running low on my Liz Earle cleanser and times are a tad tight at the moment so I wanted to see if there was anything out there which was as good or within the league of Liz Earle. I had seen this No7 cleanser on a few peoples blogs and most people said that it was as good as Liz Earle and I wanted to test it out myself. Luckily I had a No7 voucher for £5 off which Boots tend to give away sporadically throughout the year.
Right down to the nitty gritty...

Comments:
LIZ EARLE: It has naturally active ingredients containing rosemary, chamomile, cocoa butter and eucalyptus essential oils. It cleanses and gently exfoliates which removes make-up even clears my Benefit They're Real Mascara (which is a bugger to remove). I have quite sensitive skin and it doesn't irritate me even my eyes are fine which are my worst areas.
NO7: It contains cocoa seed butter. It is hypo-allergenic which is why I went for this because I have sensitive skin. It is suitable for all skin types. I find that is doesn't particularly clear all my eye make up and I tend to find that I use my Liz Earle Muslin cloth as the one which they supply is too harsh on my skin and it leaves it too red for my liking. I will continue to use up this bottle but not 100% sure if I will repurchase.
Liz Earle is my overall favourite at the moment, I have recently purchased the Nspa Hot Polish and Cleanse and I am excited to try that one out and will keep you posted on how it competes. :)
What are you opinions? Have you tried any other dupes??
Im using the superdrug vitamin E hot cloth cleanser right now which so far i really like, but i haven't used the liz earle so can't really compare xxx
ReplyDeleteOoo I still might try the Vit E one... i do like their range :) x
DeleteI might try that No.7 one as Liz Earle is a bit expensive for me!

DeleteLiz Earle is a god send! I have tried lots of other cleansers but I am yet to find one that is as kind to the skin and as effective at removing make-up! I also found No7 stung my eyes a little, anyone else find this?

i'd been thinking about trying out the No7 hot cloth cleanser. i've heard some good things and feel like it would be a good product but i reckon after using liz earle it wouldn't seem so impressive. nice review :) x
ReplyDeleteThat's the problem... Liz Earle is so hyped nothing will ever compare :) x
Deletei really want to try the liz earle cleanser but am scared it will break me out as i have sensitive skin, might try it out now that you do too, and love it! x
ReplyDeleteYeah it doesn't break me out and is the most sensitive cleanser I think I have used :)

I've never tried Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish, but I use the Superdrug Vitamin E one, which is really nice :) x
ReplyDeleteI've got the Vit E one on my to try list. :) x
DeleteI dont think anything will beat liz earle x
ReplyDeleteI'm starting to think that too! :( x
DeleteI bought the no7 hoping it would be a dupe, not sure it beats liz though.shame :( xx
ReplyDeleteI'm interested to try the dupes but I love my Liz Earle range so much I'm not sure if I could. I'm fairly lucky because my dad gets corporate John Lewis vouchers each month as part of his salary so they usually go straight on LE products!
